R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y 31 R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y FCC Construcción has become the first Spanish company to obtain the AENOR certificate in accordance with the ISO 44001 standard, which highlights the implementation of the Collaborative Labour Relations Ma- nagement System (CLRMS), which is applied to strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, internal and external collaborators and part- ners that have a high impact on the organisation’s performance, identi- fied and managed within the colla- borative relations programme. For FCC Construcción, the esta- blishment of collaborative working relations through the ISO 44001 management model is a further step in its strategy of innovation, open- ness and willingness to cooperate and in its commitment to society. It also represents a new manifestation FCC Construcción , pioneer in obtaining the AENOR ISO 44001 certificate for collaborative relations of leadership and once again posi- tions the company as a pioneer in the sector. This certification enables FCC Construcción to consolidate and maximise the company’s rela- tions with its stakeholders in the fu- ture, granting and strengthening the value of collaborative work. Efficient and intelligent manage- ment system ISO 44001 certification verifies the implementation of an effective and intelligent management system for collaborative working relationships that involves, among other bene- fits, the increase of business oppor- tunities, control in the transfer of knowledge of the parties, the abili- ty to consolidate relationships with suppliers, customers and partners based on a win-win philosophy, cost optimization and value creation, as well as the ability to strengthen com- petitiveness to access international markets. AENOR has recognized the Colla- borative Work Relationship Mana- gement System (CLRMS) that has been designed from the company’s vision, based on a collaborative cul- ture, generating benefits to the par- ties involved to create collaborative systems and relationships.
