R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y 35 R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y The 17th edition of the Children’s Digital Contest has involved more than 4,200 hours of training in the end-to-end water cycle . The list of winners of Aqualia’s 17th Children’s Digital Drawing Competi- tion is now available, in which more than 7,000 schoolchildren have par- ticipated. The company has made available to more than 800 schools a wide va- riety of educational material, games and comics at the www.investiga- doresdelagua.com website. Opening the tap and having water in quality and quantity is not an easy task. The more than 7,000 schoolchildren who took part in the 17th edition of the Digital Chil- dren’s Drawing Competition “Wa- ter Researchers” are well aware of this. Since the launch of the competition in February this year, the website www.investigadores- delagua.com has received more than 30,000 visits, which means more than 4,200 hours of training in aspects rela- ted to the end-to-end water cycle. Du- ring these three months, the company has personally attended to more than 300 queries from relatives and schools in the mailbox set up for “Doubts and Suggestions”. Aqualia successfully closes a new edition of its digital children’s drawing competition with the announcement of the winners, already available at investigadoresdelagua.com/ganado- res. A platform that houses a multi- tude of educational tools to convey to the youngest, in a didactic and fun way, the management of the comple- te water cycle. FCC Medio Ambiente has launched the “Adopt a Friend” campaign. A social awareness campaign for the adoption of abandoned animals, the aim of which is to find a home for pets in shelters, thus giving these animals a dignified life that their previous ow- ners did not give them. Adopting is not only beneficial for the animal, it also contributes to im- proving people’s health, achieving good blood pressure levels and the FCC Medio Ambiente launches the “Adopt a Friend” campaign production of endorphins, which im- prove the feeling of well-being and contribute to longevity. FCC Medio Ambiente manages se- veral shelters and it is our commit- ment to the communities we serve to improve the lives of our neighbours. We therefore invite you all to take part in this campaign.
