The Construction Division celebrates the 10th anniversary of “Plan Familia” The Construction area of the FCC Group celebrates the tenth anniver- sary of the implementation of Plan Familia in its organization. An initia- tive of the Adecco Foundation, the Company supports this project to help employees who have children with disabilities. Over the past ten years, more than 100 employees of the Construction area of the FCC Group with children with disabilities have be- nefited from the Plan Familia project and, at present, 28 families are part of this initiative. Plan Familia is an orientation program for people with disabilities. The pro- gramme’s main objective is to deve- lop skills and competencies in order to increase their autonomy, which, in turn, promotes their social and labour inclusion in the short, medium or long term. Through Plan Familia, people with disabilities and their families have the support of Adecco’s Founda- tion’s experts in disability and social and labour inclusion who are respon- sible for guiding the beneficiaries and their family so that they can achieve their maximum personal, social and professional development thanks to a personalized and multidisciplinary intervention plan. During these ten Together with the Adecco Foundation, the Construc- tion area of the FCC Group has helped more than one hundred employees with children with disabilities to strengthen their skills and competencies to improve their employability.
