In order to commemorate these ten years of Plan Familia, three videos have been produced that allow us to get a closer look at the lives of Daniel, Diego and Ayman, children of employees in the FCC Group’s Construction area and beneficiaries of Plan Familia. Likewise, nine participate in personalized em- ployment itineraries. For Gustavo García, head of admi- nistration in central services of FCC Construcción and father of a child with a disability: “Plan Familia is a great support for parents who, as in my case, have a child with a disabi- lity. Family Plan allows us to work all the skills and abilities of my son Da- niel so that tomorrow he can find a job. But not only that, with Plan Fami- lia I have the peace of mind of being accompanied by professionals who advise me when doubts arise or you need a little push”. A commitment to diversity #EnPositivo In 2008 the FCC Group’s Construc- tion area implemented its equality plan, first in the entire construction sector. Since then, the company has launched numerous initiatives in the area of inclusion and diversity of peo- ple at risk of exclusion. All these me- asures have contributed to creating an organisational environment that is respectful of diversity. In this sense, the celebration of Plan Familia’s tenth anniversary is yet ano- ther milestone for the FCC Group’s Construction area. Since the end of 2017 the company has further stren- gthened its strategy to make all its employees and stakeholders aware of the great value of the diversity of talents in the company, all with the su- pport of the Adecco Foundation. Many of the actions that the FCC Group Construction area has carried out in terms of diversity during this last year have been channelled throu- gh the La Diversidad Suma project, whose details and actions that make it up can also be found on the website: www.enpositivofcc.com.
