At FCC, and in line with our com- mitment to socially responsible em- ployment and the inclusion in the labour market of people with disa- bilities or at risk of social exclusion, we would like to share the Integra Foundation’s “For a second chan- ce” campaign, the aim of which is to give visibility to the work of this organisation, which supports socia- lly excluded and disabled people so that they can take charge of their li- ves through labour insertion. The campaign contains four videos starring real people reintegrated into society, a former prisoner, a woman victim of gender violence, a homeless person and a disabled person, who hear their story for the first time through the testimonies of their closest environment. In all ca- ses, family members, colleagues or friends tell how having a decent job has enabled them to overcome their difficult situations and regain their independence and self-esteem. FCC currently has a collaboration agreement with the Integra Foun- dation for the training and labour insertion of groups at risk of social exclusion. With the maximum invol- FCC joins the Integra Foundation campaign “Por una segunda oportunidad” vement of the group and all areas, those responsible for Human Re- sources and Equality work conti- nuously to integrate this group into the world of work and get involved in the causes that concern the com- munities where the Citizen Services Group operates. Some of the groups benefited are women victims of gen- der violence, people with disabili- ties, women who live in situations of social exclusion and/or trafficking in women or young people and adults in situations of social disadvantage. In addition, FCC, in accordance with its equality and diversity po- licy, promotes and drives actions aimed at fostering equality and im- plements labour practices to ensu- re that no member of staff receives unfavourable treatment due to their different abilities or for any other unjustified reason unrelated to their skills, knowledge and professional performance.
