We are FCC - Nº9
monials of women working in the infras- tructures and industrial divisions. Proof of FCC’s on-going commitment is its active participation in promo- ting equal opportunities and the fight against gender violence. Therefore, on such an important date, we also want to share and join the campaign launched by the Government Delegation to help fight against Gender Violence, within the framework of the initiative “Compa- nies united to achieve a society free of Gender Violence” disseminated today, with the hashtag #weareone on Twitter and Instagram. FCC has implemented an equal oppor- tunities and diversity policy, through which it reaffirms its commitment to the fundamental principles of equality, non-discrimination at the workplace, helping improve diversity in compa- nies and the respect for heterogeneity. The company has been working in this area for years and is already reaping the rewards and results of these initia- tives, thanks to which it is consolida- ting a fair, professional and very diver- se work environment. Some of the FCC Group’s milestones include receiving the four Corporate Equality Seals in the Environmental Services, Water, Construction and In- dustrial areas; first company to sign equality plans in the Construction, Ur- ban Services and Water activity sec- tors; first company to deliver training on a vast range of topics associated with equality and the prevention of se- xual harassment and harassment at the workplace for the entire company; pioneer with a group of leading com- panies in the promotion of Master’s de- grees for pre-executive women of the EOI, as well as in the participation of the Promociona Project, the Executive Programme for Women in Senior Ma- nagement. Likewise, FCC endorses the “Women’s empowerment principles” of the UN Global Compact, and the Diversity Charter, reinforcing the equality, diver- sity and non-discrimination principles, promoting inclusion and the work-life balance measures. Commitment to equality, women’s leadership and diversity, the Group’s distinguishing traits.
