FCC EQUAL representatives from the Levante I and Castilla y León Environ- ment delegations organised a wor- king day to share their experiences in managing the special employment centres in both delegations. During the event, they shared ideas and working methods and discussed the problems that might arise and how to solve them. The meeting was a complete suc- cess, learning from each other. They agreed to hold at least two meetings a year and to invite the rest of the delegations from the environment area that also manage a special employment centre. All EQUAL staff were involved, from managers, su- pport technicians to management staff, each contributing their vision and experience.
