R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y 28 R E S P O N S A B I L I T Y FCC has been included in the pres- tigious sustainability stock market index, the FTSE4Good Index, pro- duced twice a year to highlight the performance of companies that de- monstrate sound environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) practices. This index can be used by a wide variety of market participants for the making of sustainable investment decisions. FCC’s inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index was due, in particular, to the trust its stakeholders have placed in the socially responsible commitment of the Group and its subsidiaries to The FCC Group included in the FTSE4Good Index integrate environmental, social and good corporate governance indica- tors into their business performance. To reinforce this commitment to sus- tainable performance, in 2016 the Board of Directors approved the Group’s CSR policy and, in 2017, the Fourth Master Plan in Corpora- te Responsibility, which is valid until 2020. Furthermore, in 2018, the Board gave the green light to a new Code of Ethics and Conduct and approved a compliance model for criminal risk prevention.
