The Guide includes good advice, recommended and necessary to in- corporate in public institutions and private companies when a tender is announced for the award and con- tracting of an event. It contains a wealth of very useful technical in- formation for the professional de- partments of Purchasing and Mar- keting of the companies, as well as for the Agencies that contribute value with their management and professionalism.
