The second edition of the Innovative Water Management Solutions Fair, the largest business platform for the complete water cycle, featured Aqualia as one of the promoters, where it presented its model for effi- cient and sustainable management of public services. Aqualia’s objecti- ve, in the words of Juan Pablo Me- rino, Director of Communication and CSR at Aqualia, “is to convey our daily commitment to achieving triple sustainability - environmental, social and financial - that guarantees the continuous provision of services as- sociated with the complete water cy- cle with a high level of efficiency”. In this sense, Aqualia’s performance in the towns where it provides ser- vices is guided not only by technical parameters, but also by values such as transparency, commitment, con- nection with citizens and the com- mitment to the circular economy. Among many of the novelties that have been seen in SIGA, the way in which vehicle biogas is genera- ted from the wastewater of Aqualia’s municipal treatment plants stands out.
